Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you recieve it.

To be eligable for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you recieved it.

Your item needs to have a recipt or proof of purchace. 

Items that need to be returned post delivery will need to be returned by the customer as we are unable to collect. 
Refunds do not apply to bespoke materials ordered by the customer.
All delivery charges are non refundable.

Delivery Policy

After your order is placed we will contact you to arange a date that is convenient with you for delivery, but we are unable to specify a time. Our deliveries are made on a 3.5 tonne flatbed truck and are to front of house only, customers need to make their own arangments to move materials if needed.

If there is any difficulty regarding access to the property then the customer must notify us by phoning the office on 01202 895500 by noon of the day before delivery is planned. If we are unable to deliver due to access problems we have not been notified about, a further delivery charge will apply.

The customer must note any shortages or damages to the driver and mark them on the delivery note brfore the lorry leaves site.

Goods delivered without the customer being present become the responsibility of the customer and it is not posible to entertain any shotages or damage.

Ferndown Fencing will not be held liable for any damage to property if the customer has invited us onto thier property for the purpose of delivery.

 

Materials

The majority of our timber is sourced from subtainable sawmills within the UK and Ireland

All sizes are approximate.

Timber is a natural product and is therefore subject to splitting and movement, slight spliting and movement will not be regarded as faulty.

Pressure treating of timber holds a 1 year guarantee against rot and insect attack dependant and soil and instalation conditions, pressure treated timber can vary a lot in colour depending on species of timber, moisture content and weather conditions, variation in colour is not regarded as faulty.

 

Currency and VAT

All paymentswill be in pounds sterling and are inclusive of vat @ 20%, we except paypal and most major credit cards with the exception of American Express.
